Chef Lucas has been incredibly supportive of the Kolega Fisheries Spencer Gulf Prawn brand.  From the very outset, Lucas and his team have promoted and distributed our product widely throughout the hotel.  The level of popularity and acceptance has been extraordinary.  We have been supplying the Hyatt since 2012.
