Kolega Fisheries has embarked on a unique journey with the Rockpool Group.

Whilst forging a relationship with founder, Neil Perry and Sydney Rockpool Executive Chef Corey Costelloe, Rick Kolega and the family group have become the major prawn supplier to the Rockpool Groups flagship restaurants. 

Rockpool Bar and Grill, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth as well as Rosetta Ristorante Sydney and Melbourne.  The Restaurants purchase our high end premium U8 and U6 Prawns, they also utilise the 16/20 prawns in some dishes.
